~Shipping~
"What is meant by 'shipping and handling'?"
Handling: is the cost of packing materials and the act of packing
the item/s for safe shipment. Shipping: is the cost of delivering
the item/s to the post office and the cost of mailing item/s out.
"How soon do you ship items?"
That depends on what was ordered. 1)All of the fragrance mists are
made on site and I try to have enough stock on hand to handle orders
of 12 or less and they ship with in 24/48 hours Monday - Friday
excluding postal Holidays by first class mail. (Please contact me
should you wish larger amounts and I will be able to give you an
idea of production & packaging time.)
2)All made to order custom rosary items are made on site and usually
take 7-10days to assemble. When completed a scan of your item/s
will be sent to you for your approval prior to shipment. Shipping
after you okay the item/s is approx 24/48 hours Monday - Friday
excluding postal Holidays by first class mail. (Please contact me
should you wish larger amounts than one or two of a custom made
to order rosary item and I will be able to give you an idea of production
& packaging time.)
3)Other items on the site may need to be ordered from our distributor
and can take up to 2-4 weeks for them to arrive here and for me
to send them on to you. I will email you to tell you when I have
shipped your items, so you aren't left hanging. When I get the products
I then ship with in 24/48 hours Monday- Friday excluding postal
Holidays by first class mail.
"How long will shipping take during the Holiday/
Christmas/Yule season?"
I know if I mail it out from here (Washington State)those packages
sent before December 17th should arrive at their destination/s in
time for December 25th. (Pending any natural disasters, customs
inspections or political related delays...which I have no control
over.)
"Do you do emergency shipping? If I need something
very fast."
I will do the best I can to get your items to you as fast as possible.
There may be additional charges if you require faster postage and
or an in house "rush" put in an order. Please contact me should
you need these services.
"Where do I send my Goth Rosary for the 'free
repairs or replacement of any broken or tarnished parts due to normal
wear' offer?"
Just mail it to: AntiSally P.O. Box 4613 Bremerton, WA 98312-0406
Along with a note stating what needs to be fixed. I'll email an
give you an idea of when to expect it on its way back to you.

~Pricing~
"Can I buy your items at wholesale prices?"
All items on the site are at wholesale price.
"Is there a minimum order amount that I must
buy to get the best price?"
No, one price for everyone. Why should you be forced to buy more
than you need of any item?
"How can you sell you handmade rosary items
& fragrance mists so cheaply? Are they made poorly?"
I can sell them so cheaply because with the GothRosary items and
Fragrance Mists you are dealing directly with the person who makes
them. No extra laborers or middle man. It's just you, me and a cool
product. About the quality: These items are made by me, by hand.
I do every step of the process myself, start to finish. If I don't
think it is wonderful I won't sell it or send it.
~*~*~
~Fragrance Mists~
"Some of my fragrance mists arrived and a few
look cloudy...is there something wrong with them?"
No, this is normal and will not effect the product in any way. Each
of the oils I use comes from differing suppliers and there is no
way to control each ones individual reaction to the water based
formulation I use. So, spray away... knowing that it is just the
character of some of the unique oils that have been used.
"Can you tell me how to make them (The Fragrance
Mists)?"
No, I'd have to kill and eat you first (yes, and in that order *grin*).
But really: You can, if you have the time and desire, begin to do
research on the subject through your local library and on the internet.
I wish you a clear nose and happy sailing should you embark on this
wild adventure!
"What is the best way to use the fragrance
mists?"
Use them as you would any other perfume or mist. The great thing
is they are water based so they are less likely to dry your skin
and hair out. They make wonderful room and car sprays. You can scent
clothing, furniture, personal stationary (let it dry before writing
on it)...or mist a bit on your business card backs to make your
mark! Also cause your love/s to think of you, by using a light spray
of your signature scent on their pillow... they won't know what
hit them. Feel free to try more than one at a time and create your
own special scent.
"When will you be offering soap, shampoos and
lotions in your fragrance line?"
I have had so many requests, that on August of 2003, I will launch
The GothRosary Nourishing Hair & Body Shampoo! The new product
will be available in a 4 ounce size and will be scented to match
all the wonderfully fun fragrances in the GothRosary line of "Uncommon
Scents For Uncommon People".
I
am very proud to say that the formulation in vastly superior to
anything out there. Not for what it has in it but what it DOESN'T
have! NO Mineral Oils or Petroleum, NO Propylene Glycol or DPG,
NO Animal Testing, NO Animal Ingredients, NO Formaldehyde's, NO
Harsh Detergents, NO Drying Alcohol, NO Lanolin (a common allergen).
The Product is Biodegradable & the Packaging is Recyclable!
I maybe offering lotions after I see how the new product does, but
only if I can find the right formulation that will meet my/our standards.
I only want to offer the best, it is not only your satisfaction
that is important to me, but I also plan to be doing this for many
years to come! I believe that trust is built over time...so hang
around and while you're there could you pass me another brick? *grins*
"Do you offer samples of your fragrances in
vials?"
I have found the use of vials to be economically unfeasible. I do
offer a scent sample pack of individually soaked & packaged blotter
paper strips of each fragrance I offer for one low price $5.00 US plus s/h.
"I only want to smell one or two for your
scents, can I get samples for just them?"
I
offer only the complete assortment of all the fragrances in my product
line in the scent sample packs.
"What do I do with my scent samples when I
am done with them?"
I
would adore it if you passed them on to a friend so that they too
can find out about The Goth Rosary!
"Do you do custom fragrances?"
Sorry I am not able to offer such a service.
"Can I get my fragrance product (Mist, Wash
and/or Lotion) in a different size (larger or smaller)?"
I am only able to offer my products in the sizes shown on the website.
"I bought from you and love the scent/s but
would like it stronger, do you do that?"
Sorry we no longer offer this service due the extra time it involved.

~Washes and Lotions~
"I ordered a few of your Hair & Body Washes
and Lotions. Some of the washes & lotions are thick and other
are thinner, is there something wrong with them?"
What you are noticing is the natural result of using natural ingredients
and fragrance oil blends from many sources, you often get varying
results (thinner fluid in some and thinker in others). Enjoy as
each item as it has been carefully prepared to provide you with
the best final result possible, know that it is because we don't
use added stabilizing chemicals that these differences occur.
"My bottle of lotion and/or wash turned a darker
color...have they gone bad and should I throw them out?"
No, don't toss them out. They are not going bad. Color change is
very common especially when vanilla is used in the formulation,
most commercial companies use extra chemicals to stop this color
shift for happening, so chances are you haven't seen this happen
before. As vanilla and other oils age, get better and richer they
may darken in color, this is natural. No need to worry at all. The
GothRosary Fragrance line of products have opted NOT to add the
chemicals to stop this color change, but to let nature do it's thing.
The color shift means that your item isn't full of extra chemicals
and that is a good thing for you and earth.
"What is the shelf life of your Goth Rosary
products? (How long are they good for?)"
You can expect them to last at least one year from the date you
received them.
"What if I want a certain scent added to my
Wash or Lotion (like just sandalwood or lilac)?"
would then highly suggest ordering the unscented product (it is
known as "Nothingness") then add your own oils to your liking.
~*~*~
~Rosary Items~
"What if I just want to buy some of the parts
shown on the 'parts page'?"
I don't sell the parts (beads and pendants). But I do sell them
as parts of your personally designed rosary item.
If you see something you got to have, with some looking you will
find most of the items shown are available in catalogs, stores and
or online.
"What do you mean by 'inverted'?"
I will be happy to drill or fix the item you request so it hangs
upside down.
(Just
try to get another seller to do this for you without a hefty fee.
I must be odd, as I don't think you can't enjoy something if you
never get to use it....)
"I have a rosary that is broken. Do you fix
them?"
I will do my best. Please send me a scan of the item and I'll check
to see if I have parts that will match or complement your item.
We can talk price after I see if I can fix it.
"I want a rosary without skulls. I am looking
for a traditional Catholic rosary and I found your site. Do you
make 'normal rosaries'?"
Yes, I do make traditional rosaries. Please contact me, I'd be happy
to make yours.

~Misc~
"I love your products! How can I help your
business?"
Word of mouth! If you like what I do, tell a friend (share the link
to my site, give out my business cards, add a link or banner from
my site to your webpage (see links and banners on my links page))....or
just shout from the roof tops "I love AntiSally and I was finally
treated like the great person I am by an internet company!!"(note:
the last suggestion may cause police interaction and a possible
72 hour hold for your mental evaluation. so, use due caution with
yelling outdoors!)
"Why do you make rosaries with skulls and other
items on them?"
I make them because I thought they should exist and they didn't.
"Do you hate Catholics?"
I happen to like all beliefs...I do not hate Catholics.
"Are you a reformed-Catholic?"
No, I am not a reformed-Catholic.
"Would you like me to pray for you?"
If praying for me makes you happy, go right ahead!
"How often do you check you emails?"
Usually at least once a day.
"Do you keep lists of your buyers and do you
sell them?"
No, I do not keep any lists of my buyers. I shred everything, so
there is no way your information can be sold, traded or given out
in anyway. Hey, your personal life is your business.
I was invited to a Goth Party about 5
years ago (I was the only one wearing color) and noticed that a
few of the women where wearing rosaries around their necks...I thought
to myself, "If they are supposed to be "Goth" then they should at
least have skulls on them." And the idea was born, I began to make
jewelry items what followed the same format as a traditional
Catholic rosary but with a new twist.
I have done research only to find that
skulls are used in Tibetan prayer beads, that there are Day of the
Dead rosaries made by the Mexican cultures used for honoring those
who have passed on. And that St. Francis kept a human skull to remind
him of his own mortality. There is also The All Saints Church In
Sedlec, Czech Republic decorated in human bones symbolizing the
Resurrection. These are but the tip of the iceberg as man has always
had wonder and awe about death. Many cultures have some type
of time set aside to show a respect for those who are no longer with
them.
Mostly I just love skulls, as the
daughter of an Archeologist the whole idea of death has never bothered
me. I find skulls beautiful and fascinating. I have them decorating
my car and my home.
I offer inverted symbols to those who
want them as I had received several requests and I try in every
way possible to make my buyers happy!
And possibly because the customer is paying homage to St. Peter (the first Pope) who was crucified upside down because he did not feel he was worthy to die in the same manner as Jesus.
I have no idea what buyers do with their
custom made items. I do make many traditional Catholic rosaries
for those who request my work. I made & mailed as a gift over
100 of them to a church New York after the 9-11 tragedy. Come to
think of it, I didn't ask what they were used for in any of these
cases. I know it is not my place to pass judgement on others.
(I'll try to make this short.)Close friends
of mine have several children to whom I am their "Auntie", but they
complained because (to quote a certain small person) "....You're
not my REAL Aunt!" So, they came up with the alternate spelling
and it has stuck! I like it, although some may see it as negative
at first glance, it isn't at all, in fact it warms my heart to know
I am someone's "anti"! And yes, if I am in the same room with myself I am pure energy,
how else could a one woman operation like this keep all her buyers
so darn happy!*grins*
